Fees & Billing
We conduct two intake and assessment appointments to allow us to develop an appropriate treatment plan with you. Each intake is $236. Subsequent appointments are generally scheduled for 50 minutes and are $136.
We accept most insurance plans and are credentialed with many employee assistance programs (EAP’s).
We offer a 25% administrative discount when paying out-of-pocket at time of service. Client co-pays and fees are due at the time of service. Fees may apply for additional services required.
