Restoring Connections
Dedicated to serving communities across Alaska, New Hope Counseling Center provides faith-based compassionate, transformative care to Alaska Christian College students, as well as individuals, couples, and families throughout the state. Our approach is rooted in three core pillars: healing past wounds, restoring identity and connection, and equipping clients with lifelong skills for personal and relational growth. Wherever you are on your journey, New Hope Counseling Center is committed to meeting you there and walking alongside you with care, encouragement, and hope for the path ahead.

Individual Counseling
At New Hope Counseling Center, our counselors provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can work through the challenges that feel too heavy or complicated to navigate on your own. We offer support for individuals facing a wide range of experiences and concerns, including depression, anxiety, divorce and relationship challenges, the impact of physical or sexual abuse, eating disorders, substance use, difficult life transitions, and other circumstances that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about what comes next. Whatever you may be carrying, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We are here to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, restoration, and hope.

Marriage & Family Counseling
Relationships are worth fighting for. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply longing to feel connected again, our counselors provide a compassionate and supportive space for couples and families to work through life’s difficult seasons, find healing, and move forward together.

Youth Counseling
We offer compassionate counseling for children and adolescents navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, family changes and divorce, the impact of physical or sexual abuse, eating disorders, substance use, and significant life transitions. We are passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where young people feel heard and understood, while walking alongside them and their families through difficult seasons toward healing, resilience, and hope.

Telehealth Services
Sometimes, the support you need should meet you right where you are. Through tele-behavioral health, you can connect with compassionate, quality counseling from the comfort and privacy of your home, office, or wherever you feel most at ease. No matter where you live in Alaska, distance doesn’t have to stand in the way of receiving the care and connection you deserve.
